Mr. Kane joined Verit in June 2010 and focuses his time on company and industry research, valuation, pitch materials, management presentations, and firm marketing.  Prior to joining Verit, Mr. Kane worked as a Proprietary Trading Intern at Gambit Trading Co., LLC in Rolling Meadows, IL.  There he worked on recording and analyzing profit and loss numbers for over 40 traders and also managed the risk and hedge ratios of each trader.

Mr. Kane graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago in June of 2011.  He was also an All-Conference member of the Varsity Track & Field Team at the University of Chicago.  Patrick plans on pursuing an MBA in Finance.
